Chicago Mobile Karaoke is a fully managed mobile karaoke and DJ entertainment service based in Chicago. We bring everything needed for a professional karaoke or DJ experience directly to your event: sound system, microphones, display screen, lighting, and over 75,000 songs. You focus on your guests; we handle the rest from setup to breakdown.

Are you insured?
Yes. Chicago Mobile Karaoke carries full liability insurance and operates as a licensed LLC in Illinois. Many venues require proof of insurance, we can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
BOOKING
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for private parties and corporate events. Weddings and larger events should be booked as early as possible. Popular dates fill quickly, especially in spring and fall.
What does the booking process look like?
It's straightforward. Reach out via our website or call us directly, and we'll confirm your date and discuss your event details. We'll collect a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. You'll receive a signed contract outlining everything included.
What is your cancellation policy?
$100 non refundable deposit is due at booking to save your event date. Final payment is due one week before the event.
PRICING & PACKAGES
How much does mobile karaoke cost in Chicago?
Pricing varies based on event type, duration, and services needed. Standard karaoke events start at $695. Wedding packages start at $1,395 for up to four hours. Contact us for a custom quote, we'll put together a package that fits your event and budget.
What's included in your packages?
All packages include professional sound system, microphones, display screen, lighting, and access to our 85,000+ song library. We handle full setup and breakdown at no additional charge. DJ services, MC duties, and additional hours are available as add-ons or as part of custom packages.
EQUIPMENT & LOGISTICS
What equipment do you bring?
We arrive with professional-grade speakers, subwoofer, wireless microphones, an HD display screen, and event lighting. Everything is self-contained. we don't need you to provide any equipment.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up. Breakdown is generally 30–45 minutes after the event ends. We coordinate directly with your venue so there are no surprises.
How much space do you need?
We can work in most standard event spaces. A footprint of roughly 8x8 feet is ideal for our setup, though we can adapt to tighter configurations when needed. Let us know your venue layout when booking and we'll make it work.
Do you require WiFi?
We come prepared to operate with or without a dedicated WiFi connection. If your venue has strong WiFi we may use it, but we do not rely on it to run your event.
SONGS & MUSIC
How many songs do you have?
Our library includes over 75,000 songs spanning every era and genre: pop, hip-hop, R&B, country, rock, Latin, oldies, and more. If you have a specific song in mind, feel free to ask us in advance.
Can guests request songs on the spot?
Absolutely. Guests can browse and request songs throughout the event. Our KJ manages the queue to keep the energy up and make sure everyone gets a turn.
Can I customize the song list for my event?
Yes. If there are songs or artists you want featured, or excluded, just let us know when booking. We can build a curated list around your preferences, which is especially popular for weddings and corporate events.

Do you do weddings?
Yes. weddings are one of our specialties. We offer full wedding DJ and karaoke packages that include MC duties, vendor coordination, timeline management, and a pre-event planning meeting. Wedding packages start at $1,375. Visit our wedding page for full details.
Do you do corporate events?
Absolutely. We work with corporate event planners and HR teams on holiday parties, team celebrations, and company events of all sizes. Everything is fully managed and professionally executed, no awkward surprises.
Can you serve as a bar or venue residency?
Yes. We offer recurring residency arrangements for bars, restaurants, and private clubs looking to add karaoke or DJ nights on a consistent schedule. Contact us to discuss scheduling and pricing.
Can you do karaoke and DJ at the same event?
Yes. That's actually one of our most popular setups. We can blend karaoke sets with DJ music throughout the night, keeping energy high whether guests are singing or just dancing.
