Corporate events don't get a generic setup. They get an audio plan.
Floor plan review. Send us your venue's floor plan (or we'll request one from your venue contact). We use it to determine speaker placement, coverage zones, and power needs before we ever show up.
Audio requirements assessment. Based on room size, ceiling height, guest count, and whether the space is carpeted, open air, or acoustically difficult, we determine exactly what system the room needs.
Venue & AV coordination. Many corporate venues already have an in house AV team or preferred vendor. We coordinate directly with venue AV staff or your outside production company so our system integrates cleanly, with no conflicts and no redundant equipment.
Confirm and execute. Once the plan is locked, we confirm timeline, load in logistics, and show flow with your event contact so your team can focus on hosting, not troubleshooting.
